I think the problem is with the HPET_emulated flag. Check if with previous kernel HPET_emulated was true or false. For me, 2.6.24 had it HPET_emulated disabled and rtc wakeup worked OK. With 2.6.26 HPET_emulated was true and it never waked up, althought the alarm time was correct. However this

Same here: With feisty I had my rt61 (working with ndiswrapper; rt61pci really never worked for me) manually configured to automatically be brought up and connect to my wifi network. Now with intrepid (also using ndiswrapper; I blacklisted rt61pci), on bootup the interface doesn't connect.

I think there are two issues: First: I can't connect at all using the free driver for RaLink: I can't even connect to unhidden unprotected networks! So this would be the free driver development issue. Second: NM seems to be screwed (only for certain chips?). NM is not ok from version -15
