Only adds the weak key
Whenever I reboot my system, this issue occurs with some of my startup
applications, where I click on one application and it affects another
that is "behind" it.
I have found that if I quit an offending application from the taskbar
and start it up again from the taskbar, it seems to start behaving
I've got the same thing on a fresh 24.04 install running X11. I've got
three monitors, two on HDMI, one on display port.
I'm running the Nouveau drivers.
Locking with Super-L turns the backlight off for a few seconds then it
comes back on, usually with the cursor showing as well.

anachronism. It is a old wide-screen AOC F22+ LCD Monitor.

The system 'hung' on me again. Active cursor etc. but I didn't explore
for fear of changing any status data.. just hit the button and rebooted
after attempting PrtScrn [but can't find where that image got written].

I've used network-manager-fortisslvpn to stablish a VPN but it doesen't work. I
setup the VPN and then try to load a web page which acn only be loaded if on
the VPN. The window keeps still trying to connect (dots indicating loading keep
moving)

virt-manager can't connect to libvirtd until the service is restarted

So, I just rebooted and it seems fine.
Puting in /etc/modules the line "kvm_amd" worked and I can start VM without
restarting libvirt. So far said.
So, what's up with that now? Is that bug?

Under libvirt there are actually 2 processes:

I did some tries as complete reinstall but it's still occcuring and now I'm
also sure it stops system for proper shutdown.

Bug confirmed for another Inspiron 13-5368.
Under kernel 4.15.0-99 & Ubuntu 18.04.4 & Gnome desktop, there is no
sound from internal speaker or on headphone jack, and also no microphone
input signal. Other outputs (HDMI & BlueTooth) still work
Previous kernel (4.15.0-96) works as expected.
