Rationale:
- Use by the Braille embosser support which got recently added to cups-filters.
There it will be used alternatively to liblouis. In contrary to liblouis it
does not only translate the plain text content of the input files into
liblouisutdml-bin provides only the file2brl tool, which converts text
and XML files into Braille input files for the embosser. It is called
from the Braille print filters, it does not do the discovery of file
types and input files other than text seem to be converted to XML by the
Braille print
The referenced CVE has nothing to do with liblouisutdml, it is about a
bug in foomatic-rip which is fixed in Xenial's current version of cups-
filters (1.8.3). So please remove it from this bug report.
