hda intel sound capture isn't working hardy alpha 5
I have playback working fine, but no recording. I have a Toshiba
Satellite Pro A120 with Intel High definition Audio controller.
Recording/Skype was working fine in the previous ubuntu version ( 7.10
), but not in 8.04. This is quite unfortunate. I would prefer bumping up
the bug priority as this
confirmed on a sony vaio laptop using an HDA intel card, and on another
desktop computer using the same card. Isn't there any possible fix ?
It's a shame if we don't fix it since this card is kind of ubiquitous

at least you could try rolling back to the driver used in gutsy, because
it's really a shame to have this problem

I'm on Hardy release and I'm having the same problem; my sound seems to

I can confirm this bug as well on a Toshiba Satellite P200-1E9 Laptop.
