I've also increased the width of #second-nav in the wiki theme by 30px.
I'm still waiting on IS to load that theme to the wiki so that it can be
tested further.

amount of docbook material, so a docbook-based version of the theme

same codebase as the wiki theme. Both themes have undergone some further
improvements and a call for testing/feedback has been made to the
ubuntu-doc mailing list.
