Also affects x86_64. haskell-platform (and a great many libghc-* packages) are currently uninstallable in precise. Main "problem" is the two dependencies: ghc (>= 7.0.4), ghc (< 7.0.4+). Based on how the haskell-platform is defined

It might not be as easy as it seems: current version of haskell-platform is bound to ghc-7.0.4. While it would be nice to have latest GHC, it would be also nice to have "stable" GHC. For now exactly 7.0.4 for i386 platform is removed (for amd64 is present), but some older 7.0.3 versions of GHC stil
