Alright I've pushed up branches for nfs-utils and portmap that address
this issue in natty. The open merge proposal for nfs-utils is dependent
on the portmap package due to the new portmap-wait and portmap-boot
upstart jobs.
I've tested this on a clean natty vm with and without sleeps inserted
Meh, strike that last comment. I had tracebacks due to bug #621195 in my
last dmesg so the kernel might have been in a weird state when the guest
got the segfault.

I uploaded a lucid-proposed one, with 2 minor changes to control file:
1) use lucid's libstdc++ version (same as lucid packages)
2) Recommend the newly used ttf-unfonts-core and ttf-droid packages (somehow
