I would like to apply the fix from comment#34 as I am using software RAID6 and
LVM at the same time.
Unluckily I am not so good at changing that recordfail section in
/etc/grub.d/00_header.

Have looked at this further using gdb. It seems that there is a generic
problem in do_warn when called from systray.py. A number of other bugs
have reported this with different warning messages cuasing the crash. So
anything that causes a warning message
