Following PHLin's suggestion, I install kernel related packages by '$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade'. Then reboot system, select kernel 4.8.0-34.36 in grub and press 'Enter'. System works normally; Cheese and gst-launcher are good. So the issue has been fixed. Add tag 'verification-done-yakkety'.
