Unfortunetly, I have tried bcm43xx and have had no luck getting it to
work. Part of the issue might be me trying it under edgy. But
NetworkManager has no luck with getting any response from the network
interface when it is enabled using bcm43xx.
If there is a more explicit howto I should follow,

I have a Dapper Kubuntu installation upgraded from Breezy.
I have LTSP 4.2 installed direct from LTSP.org not via Kubuntu packages
as I have been running it here for a long time.
Since upgrade to Dapper had many problems with KDM. Some fixed but still
a terrible memory
not running usplash inthe
thinclients and found no sign at all of the init scripts that were suggested
to be changed.
Still puzzled.

I just wanted to say that this has happened to me also. It appears to be
a product of when evolution is 'Storing Mail' (according to the bottom
left status bar) and is unexpectedly shut down. I am more than willing

I personnally don't think it's a good idea at all to move files from a
removable device to ~/.Trash. Moving big files from USB1.0 cameras can
be really long and annoying. Also, imho it just doesn't make sense to
transfer files to another device when the user really wants to delete
them.

Well, your in luck, its easy enough for beagle to be compiled against
sqlite3, just delete all the sqlite2 stuff off your computer and
reinstall beagle, and you should be ok. This might be a packaging issue
(I'll look into it) but you should be good.

This now seems to be an intermittent problem. I just did an update and
it went off without a hitch.
My theory is that the Release.gpg file is getting out of sync with
whatever it is signing due to the timeouts on the cache.

Ran into a problem when trying to set up my system to boot to a LVM (not
LVM2) volume managed by EVMS -- update-initramfs wasn't including the
lvm.so library in the initrd. Adding that file to my initrd allowed me
to boot
Breezy : Victor's comment deviated from the original bug a bit. I'd
say that the sudo confusion stems from the lack of clear message by the
gui tools about not being an sudoer. The gksudo just asked for a
password but no password was ever going to work anyway, which is a
little pointless.
Dapper
with this is that no data is logged during this run. You will
have a 10 minute gap in all your graphs.
It is probably better to simply do the mkdir in /etc/rc.local until the
package itself is corrected.

Hey, any thoughts on this, I'm still crashing, and its a pretty bad bug
to let into edgy if at all possible. I can't find any open upstream bug
reports, so I'm guessing there is a good chance this is on us or in
libxmlsec (which is where the stactrace seems to segfault)

near a release, we will not be incorporating upstream versions of new
applications until edgy+1.

My apologies, pyrex is just the python module that seems to be causing
the crash (somewhat) i don't know what it is or does, I was just trying
to get the bug title a little more narrow than 'python crashes'.
