The upgrade from the terminal works as expected, just follow the
instructions.
However, The upgrade from iso image (which is much faster BTW), needs an
extra step before starting

I have encountered a problejm with running xfe in Xubuntu v-13.04. When
I attempt to look at the properties of a file I get the following:
