Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed
in the latest development version of Ubuntu - the Gutsy Gibbon. It won't
be fixed in previous versions of Ubuntu because the bug doesn't fit
requirements for
xchat also crashes every time I start it up. I am not sure how to give
you a print out of the problem so I am not sure why it is crashing. It
is reproducible. It happens every time I attempt to start xchat or
gnome xchat.

not slowed down any more. When esd or pulseaudio-esd-compat is

to boot and reports sata timeout errors (I believe, w/o serial console
unsure). If I boot w/ irqpoll option, it works fine.

script require to be run from the root directory. You can change that
to suit the Debian rules if you like. I am not familiar with
everything they enforce...

Using Feisty. I have flown to a new city, and want to change the time
zone the clock displays while I am there.
Actual:
- Right-click the clock
- Select Adjust Date and Time
- Enter super-user password
- Wait for applet to start
- Change

Having same problem with this monitor and DVI connection, using either
nv or nvidia drivers. Latest Gutsy Tribe 4 + dist-upgrade as of
today.

I've download last ubuntu kernel 2.6.20-29, modify the config and add this
modules:
CONFIG_NETFILTER_XT_TARGET_CONNMARK=m
CONFIG_NETFILTER_XT_MATCH_CONNMARK=m
recompile the kernel and now is working.
Should be added in the next kernel release.

I am experiencing this same problem in gutsy. I happened after an
update, when I believe firefox was updated.
I get the following missing dependencies when running
ldd /usr/local/lib/evolution/2.10/conduits/libeaddress_conduit.so
libplds4.so = not found
libplc4.so = not found
I someone going to work on this?

I have somewhat the same problem on an IBM T41. After upgrading from
Feisty to Gutsy (using upgrade-manager) most of the Fn-key combinations
stopped working.
I've tried to see if I could get any reaction from the keys by following
