the documentation on the ubuntu site also has nothing on how to

Currently, Nautilus-Wipe 0.1.1-2 does not show in the context menu
unless Nautilus is opened using gksudo.
As most likely nautilus-wipe will be used to delete personal files,
there is no need to open Nautilus with root privileges.

@Brandon: I don´t think this affects application that are in the process
of starting. I tested with lightweight applications such as the terminal
and gedit. And I can reproduce this bug when they have already been
initiated and I can work with them.
