This one is fixed by a pulseaudio version (stuck in proposed due to beta
freeze for now).
We also pushed one additional fix to make pulseaudio to consume way
less cpu now (also blocked, freeze).

in the set appears to be opencv which
pulls in majority of extra dependencies, including gtk2. As a bare
minimum, i'd like to drop it or compile with less dependencies, if
possible.

because of the gst-hybris plugin (that allows hw decoding
with the android binaries). We'll move it out of bad before 14.04, and
remove most of these plugins from seeds as well, so don't worry
(already planned).
