You may have misunderstood... I had sound issues, I suspect unrelated
to any application but more something to do with whatever the sound is
on Gnome (gstreamer is it?)... what
Haha - ain't it great when people don't quite know what they're talking about
(like me sometimes!). At least when a customer asks me something, I'm stupid
enough to say I don't know, then look it up on Google :S better safe than sorry
though...

Don't know if it helps anyone here, but the latest developer release is
2.0.170.0, I currently have it installed on Windows XP and it runs fine. It was
originally the Chrome browser but receives updates from the Chromium server, so
it's now a hybrid ;-)
See if you can update to the latest
Also, the Google Maps API key is registered for another site - just popped up
then :-)
Whole website is iffy if you ask me.
I'm gonna send them a message via their contact form. I'm risking my Windows PC
