I used a regular ubuntu install, so it's not the alternate installer. I will assign the bug to X.org. Since you are a java dev, maybe you know better as to where to file java bugs. ** Package changed: firefox-3.5 (Ubuntu) => xorg-server (Ubuntu) -- X crashes when mouse scrolling up on java pages

Kristoffer, could you file a separate bug report, mentioning that it is similar to this one? For xorg-related bugs we prefer to have each affected person file their own report rather than adding their information to existing bug reports. This makes it easier to keep track of which information comes

Do you use compiz as window manager? I have filled your bug under xorg-server in the absence of the current WM info. Could you also follow the instructions in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Troubleshooting/Freeze to improve your bug report? Thanks! ** Package changed: ubuntu => xorg-server (Ubuntu)
