After hearing the news that fglrx has fixed build issues with 2.6.36 kernels.
I reinstalled the fglrx fglrx-dev,aticonfig --initial -f,demod -a,reboot, and
failed again~~

I don't think this is a bug of the radeon/ati driver, because since some
days I'm using fglrx but the problem still exists. so I assume it's a

I also have random freezes in 10.04 and 10.10 with the following symptoms:
The screen freezes, I can move my mouse but clicks do not register.
No keyboard (capslock or numluck response).
All logs show nothing related to this freeze.
When I installed the propietary drivers the problem dissapears.

I have a Thinkpad T60p, and on suspend/resume the scrollwheel emulation
on my trackpoint is lost. I am able to restore it by doing

Seems to have been caused by running vbetool vgamode on tty1 whilst gdm

I'm no longer waiting on more information here; just the GTT patch to
get re-worked in such a way that it could be accepted to the mainline
kernel.
