I do not know if it is important but when I use "top" in command line it
shows that apport-gtk process uses 100% (or even 100.4%!) of CPU.
However, in System Monitor (graphical) there is no apport-gtk process
listed among active processes.

I just tested the new libxrandr2 package on precise with X2Go and nx-
libs 2:3.5.0.20.
The kwin crashes are gone, indeed. So far so good. However, the NX
capability of resizing a non-fullscreen desktop session window is
completely gone now.

upgrade to 13.04, otherwise it never happened in 12.04. It seems more
common after resuming from suspend or hibernate although it sometimes
just happens when the system is inactive for various amounts of time.
I changed it to xorg so it would gather video information, and also
because I wasn't sure where you were getting 800x600 (plymouth, lightdm
login, and/or after logging in).
Anyway, make sure you have python-launchpadlib package installed.

Ok this is a false alarm
after fresh install and update it still did it
booted of live Disk still did it
it seems my mainboard bios update has done something
F2A85X UP4 using Firmware v4 killed it , so gone back to firmware V3 and got
my display's back
its a shame I did not try that soon
