better off posting to something like dri-devel list or somewhere else
that actually gets view from open-source radeon devs.
I have a system running Windows with a Radeon HD4550. I might try to tun

That worked. BTW I'm using trusty kernel and trusty drivers with
radeon.audio=1 kernel option, but that doesn't make opensource driver
work. I can upload information if someone needs it.

2) Would this be reproducible if you changed the mouse model/manufacturer?
3) If you adjusted the version of the drivers as noted in

** Description changed:
- Same as bug #365300, I occasionally get a double click as a result of a
- single mouse click. I am using my mouse left handed btw and have
- reversed the buttons. The problems started when I switched to the
- proprietary NVIDIA drivers (nvidia-304, proprietary tested).

Public bug reported:
The SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad of Lifebook Fujitsu A544 in Xubuntu 14.04
stops working after a while (at the end I have only the left and right click).
After installing Xubuntu the TouchPad was not revealed, so
I have used the workaround of changing the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX
Any success in resolving this issue? Will it be resolved by the first
point release of Ubuntu 14.04? (ie in July)
Thanks,
Varun.
