Hi Ari. I've been using Cinnamon since it works. But I've also updated my release since this bug, so now I have all new new drivers, X and X libs, and a newer version of Synapse. I don't even know if the bug still exists with the lighter WMs, as I haven't gone back to to try it again. I'll load

While clearly a bug in the X server or the pixman library, I was able to get around it by changing my window manager. It seems that by using a different window manager it avoids the critical path. In any case, I had this bug consistently as you describe it. Sometimes when I press the down arrow

Because the crashes seem to be caused by libpixman here's some more information on the revision installed on my system: $policy libpixman-1-0 libpixman-1-0: Installed: 0.24.4-1 Candidate: 0.24.4-1 I am getting weekly crashes now and I sincerely hope there's a way I can fix this without
