Ok, it wasn't the new AMD ATI Drivers what seemed to solve the problem, which is still present. This is what I just did: I've removed all packages fglrx, xserver-xorg-video-ati and xserver- xorg-video-radeon. I reinstalled xserver-xorg-video-ati and the mesa libraries. I deleted the xorg.conf.
