I called jainnie blackwell's office and asked about landscaping the lot first, because I'm paranoid, and sandy hayes told me that I could _not_ do any landscaping of it because it's still tresspassing, regardless of whether or not the owner is doing anything with it. And believe me, I'm cleaning

Hah! Get this: Jannie Blackwell's office says that landscaping the lot would be considered TRESPASSING, because it does not belong to Kyle. So instead, the blight on the block that is that vacant lot has to sit there undisturbed, lest Kyle get hauled into court by heaven-knows-who. From:
