There's an older (60ish), slight, stoop-shouldered man who has been
feeding cats around the neighborhood for many, many years.

Unfortunately, cats ARE attracted to antifreeze; rather an ingredient used
in antifreeze, (propylene gycol,) which ironically is used in small amounts
in those soft, chewy cat treats. (or at least it used to be).
