If you could replace your cvs checkout with a clone of the git
repository and build a *3.9.1* macos *SoftSqueeze* installer package
without mp3plugin-1.0.jar for the community that would be greatly
appreciated.
What's the limitation of running Softsqueeze without mp3plugin?

Squeezelite can run a script directly, based on the Power Status of the
player.
Look at the -S option...or -G if you want to use direct control of
the rpi gpio.

This is intriguing! But I have no clue how I might use the rpi with
python. I imagine that I'd have the program check if

I do not understand how to mount the remote drive. My music folder
resides on sdb/storage/music. My OS is Ubuntu 18.04.

Thank you for the detailed build instructions.
I've been unable to ascertain the current license requirements for
mp3plugin-1.0.jar.
The current 'link to mp3plugin'
don't forget to make a backup of the sd card

Brilliant. Once I'd found my way around the Vi editor I was able to
update .filetool.lst and retain my template.
Yes, my reason for switching to PiCorePlayer & LMS was because of the
loading and running in memory. Other members of the family need to be

Squeezelite can start playback when the pi is powered on.
You can select what you want to hear on the Squeezelite Tab in pCP.
You just then need to control the power supplied to the pi.
I used this feature with a rpi into pre-amp connecting to Active
speakers, all plugged into the same power
Hi,
i have no clue about picoreplayer, but Jivelite is just a gui frontend -
you may have some squeezelite session to run the audiostream.
squeezelite supports the -S Parameter that runs a script when you power
on/off that player.
Now you only need a scripted way to do the same like telling
Hi all, and thanks in advance for your help with this!
I have a rpi 3 with piCorePlayer and 7" touchscreen with Jivelite. it
accesses music files on my Synology NAS and sends it out to a Logitech
Transporter, serving as a preamp, and on to my amp. I've rigged a

lms works on 18.04.1 but we dont know what was your previous ubuntu.
As seen in the wiki you can only use 7.9.1/7.9.2 if your lms was eg.

I can no longer get LMS to run on my main computer, and have installed
it on the sd card. But I cannot figure out how to add my music folder.
I have shared the folder, but it is not showing up.
Obviously I am missing something.
