I think Raspberry Pi OS+Squeezelite+LMS+TVheadend would be the easiest
solution.

Hi there,
I run an RPi4b wih 8GB RAM with pCP+Squeezelite+LMS as my preferred NAP.
Runs like a charm - Life is beautiful.
However, before I started using the RPi as my NAP, it hosted my
TVheadend server that distributed the TV signal from my Panasonic TV to
my Wifi clients. I am now wondering w

Did you try hifiberry OS instead of picoreplayer? That worked for
Many thanks. Sorted.

Hi
Just set up LMS on Alpine on a Wyse 3040 using your repo. All is good
until I need to install/update "libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl" to support
the Shairtunes plugin. I've tried apk search but am drawing blanks (I'm
more used to Arch and Debian based distros. so I'm sure the issue is
me!)

I am really appreciating my new set up on my pi 4 with piCoreplayer
after so many years of using Windows. Unfortunately my knowledge of
Linux is non-existent! Craig Drummond has made it possible to tweak the
CSS for Material and I would like to transfer the CSS files to my pi.
Can someone please
thanks for fast response and your suggestions. Yeah, I've connected it
over 5g since I've read here somewhere that there could be interference
between Bluetooth and 2.4g wifi on rpi (although those were more
suggestions for rpi3, but I've addressed it anyway).
Thanks for the suggestion, currentl

You might find that short interruption is actually a full volume
crack/pop in the "I hope that didn't just fry my tweeter" style.
I used dsptoolkit for a while, honestly unless you

Not likely on a RPI4 if he is using 5GHz channel for wifi. I use it
all the time that way.

You made good progress. But the are quite a few dependencies yet.
Those are going to need compiled.
Install the extension compiletc.tcz
Then when you run things. Install them in the user folders for now.
pip3 install --user hifiberrydsp

Yes, this is by design. Bluetooth creates a completely separate device.
I doubt the stuttering is between LMS and squeezelite. Its likely in
the bluetooth transmission.
I assume your bluetooth extensions are up to date. I would force the
headset to use SBC codec, and see if that helps.

Hello good ppl.
So I have setup RPI 4 Model B (4gb) and I'm using it only to run
piCorePlayer (with Squeezelite and LMS). I'm connecting over wifi (5ghz)
and using internal bluetooth to connect to the speakers. Everything
works, but randomly I get stutter in audio from time to time (not sure
