Yes it does. The print result is much better as before, but still not
comparable with photoshop (what is to be expected). The shapes are not any
more that rougly pixled, but the complete foto is very softened and so not

(chmod +x mynewshellfile.sh) or else one is likely to get the permission
denied error. I guess that is the same with OS X.

Klaus, you might also consider using open process. This can be
useful (depending on the shell command you're using) because you can
then set up a non-blocking send in time loop to monitor progress and
get the output.

result is really top, almost better as in 100% size. Obviously the printer
driver has much better algorithm for squeezing datas.
Now I only have to fiddle a little bit with a card and a couple of images,

possible that other versions of OSX can't cope with this, but Leopard

I'm pretty sure the 512 size at least is only supported under Leopard.
Not sure about the 256 size. I'm running Leopard, but this app will
have to run on 10.3 and up. So maybe we should simply stick with the
128 size?
