I'm a little unclear as to whether this a completely new installation on
new hardware/VM etc, or an upgrade on existing to a new version of
Guacamole?
In either event I wonder if you've completed the necessary symlinks?
I realise you're not seeing 'it' in the logs, which may mean that was a

Hello,
We are getting ready to transition out our 9.14 installation of Guacamole
with a fresh install of version 1.1.0 stable. We have the following .jar
files in /var/lib/guacamole/extensions
1. guacamole-auth-jdbc-mysql-1.1.0.jar
2. guacamole-auth-totp-1.1.0.jar

Hi,
Is it a good idea to load-balance guacd? I read in one of the posts that we
could use a TCP load-balancer for the same, but now sure how to go about it.
I am looking for something like below. Also wanted to know if there are any
specific challenges or risks that I should be aware of for suc
I always deploy Guacamole behind an Nginx reverse proxy for SSL

If seeing latency only with Nginx, I suspect either a problem in the
configuration (didn't disable buffering?) or an Nginx that is old enough to
not support WebSocket.

Hi Jeff,
I don't experience any latency, but my Nginx is only doing the redirect from
/guacamole to / so I can directly connect to it from Azure FrontDoor. My SSL
cert is on Azure Front Door too, not on Nginx.
I think I could probably do without Nginx alltogether, but the setup script had

Peter, are you using nginx as a reverse proxy inbound into Guacamole?
I've tried doing that here with Guacamole doing RDP to a separate
Windows server and it's really draggy whereas browsing directly into
Guacamole in Tomcat is not. With nginx performing the redirect, it's
draggy enough that no

To me that looks like the server is losing network connectivity right
before guacd crashes.

Hi all,
To add on this, I’m seeing the same behavior on my systems (running as Azure
VMs), for our lab scenarios:

* Active sessions 7hours a day, with about 4h “active use” (standby online
when trainers are presenting)
