hi narayan, we create PromotionsRule in ProductPromoRule entity and we specify conditions and actions for the rule in ProductPromoCond and ProductPromoAction entities respectively, while creating ProductPromoAction you can specify different productPromoActionEnumId to make the PromotionCode

where production runs give the overall steps to work with a item Routing is more detailed and deals with assets used and actual schedule when that task should start and how long it should take. this would be used against actual start times and actual time to see how the productions run is

From the Ecommerce and order Entry side, payment is done at the time the order is taken. However there is capability to have payments delayed till the order is shipped if manufacturing is necessary. This is not the default and not as ofbiz is setup in demo. = BJ Freeman

A raw material is something that is acted upon or used by or by human labor or industry, for use as a building material to create some product so a product would not be defined as RAW_MATERIAL I am not clear as to how you have an enduser create a product unless they are using the standard

In my experience, =09 and =20 usually indicate ascii characters getting munged in translation somehow. =20 is ascii SPACE, =09 is ascii TAB. Why they are being escaped with a = instead of the usual html \ is another question, but I've seen Microsoft do this, don't know why. -- Matt Warnock
