These are the instructions that I keep on hand for installing Cloudstack management. I never had a problem on KVM with 4.2 or .3 and then we moved to XenServer with 4.3 and had no problems and then moved to 4.4.0 with no problems and then when I went to 4.4.1 on the first day we had problems.
