Alright everyone, It seems it is possible to operate Cloudstack in OVS mode by default. Since 4.15 there is a plugin but is not enabled by default. - https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/latest/plugins/ovs-plugin.html Also the brindge config in the XenServer deployment guide is a bit obsolete
