Another cause for this is if the ssvm public ip do not have access to the
internet (or to the internal resource) where the url resides.

Hi Fariborz,
Can you try to destroy/recreate the SSVM? If then the issue persist please
check and share the /var/log/cloud.log file in the SSVM which may indicate the
error.

Hello,
CloudstAck does not download templates from a given URL. The status of the
template keeps to be Active but it does not start downloading. I have
already ran SSVM check script on SSVM and all tests are good. How do I
resolve it?
Thanks
carlcho,
I use a preseed config to install Debian 10. This preseed installation
installs cloud-init packages and prepares it to work with password reset,
grow root partition, SSH key injection.
You can do it manually following the scripts too.

NFS is now able to mount for template provisioning.
Updated the XCPNG hosts and reboot and voila it is working!
So little thing to cause so much trouble.
Thank you for the tips Harikrishna!
By the way how do you find what command Cloudstack is using at such occasions?
It is a nice approach for
Yes, no problem to change the port from access to trunk, but I'm not sure
where I can create another interface with tagged VLAN on xenserver...

Hi Alessandro,
If the switchports for storage are in access mode then indeed you can't present
another VLAN there.
You might be able to create a new logical interface on Xen in the same VLAN
with the new IP range, but that's not something I've tried before (works fine
on ESX and KVM though).
Thank you Alex,
iscsi subnet is present on same switch fabric so we can add it, but since
xenserver port are actually in ACCESS with specific VLAN, how can I add an
IP with a tagged VLAN on xenserver?

Hi
You can add new iSCSI SR in Xenserver Center and then add new Primary Storage
in CS (PreSetup). If needed you can migrate VM from one datastore to another.

Hi Alessandro,
Is the new iSCSI subnet present in the same L2 switching fabric? In that case
you just need a VLAN interface on the 10.0.0.x network. If it is in a separate
switching fabric then you can add a couple extra NICs to your host and connect
to that network.
Migration wise, as long
Hi guys,
I've a big doubt for next few weeks.
Actually we're running CS 4.13 and one of the cluster we're managing is
based on xenserver 7.2.
Today, primary storage is provided through NFS share in 192.168.200.x
subnet but we've want to migrate to another storage that provide iSCSI lun
on 10.0.0.x
Thank you for the tip!
This command actually those not work - "mount -o soft,tcp,timeo=133,retrans=1
"
Verbose output reports:

mount.nfs: trying text-based options
