Look at your Zones setup. Make sure you are using advanced network and there is
a Guest CIDR for your zone.

Hi All
Looks like CS can't work with F5 BigIP version 11.3. When I try to add an
instance with a network based on an offering with this version as LB, I get the
errors shown below. I did the exact same thing that I did for F5 V10.1 which
worked fine. All F5 systems are virtual editions.

The master installation guide has the versions wrong for package repository.
Look for 4.2 and you see it for DEB and RHEL. I think both need to be changed
to 4.3.

You can't really do much without ssvm. Do you see the VM's on your hypervisor?
Do you see the datastores on your hypervisor?
I suggest you look at the log files while creating the primary and secondary
storage. It could be all sorts of things including network connections.

Hi All
Using CS 4.2.1. I have an F5 device (v11.1) below network service providers.
I can't delete the device and CS keeps saying:

Here are couple of places you can try
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/CloudStack+Advanced+Network+Tutorial+-+Step+by+Step
or
http://shapeblue.com/cloudstack/understanding-cloudstacks-physical-networking-architecture/
As for public IP range, it's part of setup of you
the new
network.
I also used the first additional IP for loadbalancing. Last time I had used the
first one for portforwarding.
Hope this helps others.
Thanks.

Do you have any templates on CS? Click on "Templates" tab and see if there is
any. If there is one, maybe you should try "My Templates" when creating the
instance.
CS won't show instances that were created outside of CS.

Hi All
I am trying to add an F5 BigIP (10.1) into my CloudStack (4.2.1) environment.
This is what I have done:
1- Created a network offering with VR to do everything, including Source and
Static NAT, except BL using F5BigIP.
2- Created a network based on the offering. Added egress rule for 0.0.0
