I'm using Cocoon 2.1 with Tomcat 4.1.27 under Sun's JDK 1.4.2. Xerces

unfortunately, there's no way to use an environment varible to specify
sitemap location, so it'll have to be the same on all your servers, and
probably hardcoded. :(
