I think that this is a joke... That site appears like
a click hunter, waiting for visitors that increment
the audience and then sale publicity.
It doesn't semms like a site in development for
another purpose that sale+sale+sale and recopilating
emails or IP's.

User www and Group 80
It seems like you were in the wrong line to set the
user account and group of httpd.
80 is the default port for httpd... www is a valid
username in your OS ?
Please, verify that an user www belonging to a group
with id=80 exists in your OS.

I think that you must verify the rwx privileges on the
main directory and children dirs.
As I can remember (please verify manuals) the
user/group must be daemon and can read the files
from these directories.
Another point for your problem is ScriptAlias, but
seems that you configured correctly.
The permissions that you say is ok, are for root,
daemon, nobody or which user?
maybe are good for root, but Apache runs as another
user (daemon or someone else defined in httpd.conf)
Verify that the files can be at least read it, as
Apache owner process.

Maybe the HostnameLookups activation may help to
locate and resolve this problem but this
activation doesn't recommend put on forever.. only for
a while, because makes DNS lookups for every client.

I think that if you activate the KEEPALIVE would be
good, because indicates how many seconds the agents
are wating without respawn or bring new childs to

I reaally apreciate your help. Thank you so much.
Tomorrow, I'll try.
