gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Aufrufe eines Clients zu zu limitieren das für
einen Client (kann ruhig IP Adresse sein) nur 5 gleichzeitige Verbindungen
erlaubt sind? Alle weiteren Aufrufe sollten dabei serialisiert werden - d.h.
die warten bis wieder ein Verbindung frei ist.

The certificate is bound to the website - not the physical machine. The
certificate is just a file like any other. You simply have to copy the file
containing the certificate to the new machine.
