Outgoing SMS routing via different SMSC by destination number prefix

Hi all, My client is located in Africa while my server is located in the US. Messages are being delivered at a rate of 3 sms/second. My server has at least 1GB RAM; 600GB bandwidth and enough HDD. It is running on Ubuntu (hosted by Rackspace Slicehost). Might anyone know what other issues I
