Yes. The file will load just fine--UNLESS you try to Insert--From file... If you do that, the inserted file overwrites the one you loaded originally. So I have to open each Excel file and save it as an .ott. Then I can copy/paste between them normally. Jim On Jul 25, 2014, at 12:41 PM, James
