You can use either, though as a rule of thumb, I would probably use a
spreadsheet if a single person is entering the information and a

I am unable to turn on my spell check. when the automatic red line checker is
turned on it does not work. if I try to turn the checker on with the spelling
and grammar option a window pops up that says the spell check is complete and
only give me the option to click ok. once I click ok
OpenOffice.org 2.4 off my computer? I wouldn't let me shut down my
machine. I can't put it in the Trash because it's open and I can't
close it. Help.
