You can use either, though as a rule of thumb, I would probably use a spreadsheet if a single person is entering the information and a database if more than one is using it. I haven't done it, but I can imagine somebody else doing this. as for online or shared, if you are going that route it

Hi I am unable to turn on my spell check. when the automatic red line checker is turned on it does not work. if I try to turn the checker on with the spelling and grammar option a window pops up that says the spell check is complete and only give me the option to click ok. once I click ok
