Thank you!
This sounds too simple!!!
If it sounds too simple, it's probably wrong… But hopefully not in this case…

And the obvious question now is: How can he chat with those?
Well, there are contact details for some of the organisations
mentioned, but I admit I was more looking at the giving insights part
of the question.

Does IBM count? They use their own derivate of OOo and name it Lotus
Symphony.
I don't know if this is the default behaviour for OOo3:1.1-8 Writer or
not, but I would like to be able to open up a previously worked on
document at the end of the work that I have done, rather than at the
beginning of the document which is what currently happens.

you may have changed something inadvertently?

Why can't I jump to pages anymore by double-clicking the page number/page count

So far openoffice seems like it might be the program I want.
But there is some strangeness.
I can open the file and it looks fine.

I hate extra spaces... :)
Greetings,
I was wondering if moving axis X to the left on a graph (I don't want X and Y
axes to be connected) in Calc is possible (I guess moving Y axis to the right
would do as well)? If it is how is it done?
Thank you in advance.
Hello,
I am having a problem with openoffice.org version 3.1.1 (also tried with
3.2 beta)
Opening a set of excel files is really slow - 20 minutes or so.
The loading hangs with a status bar entry of Adapt Row Height but I
suspect it is actually looking up the data from the other spreadsheets.

already been discussed. How can I search the for past responses? I
didn't keep my email (I know, dumb) from when I subscribed.
