Thanks Kevin and others,
Kevin, I tested your utility, it is very promising and a much appreciated
effort. A couple of notes:
-I noticed that sometimes it puts several words together. E.g. Nasaa'iy
Nawawiy Qaamuus comes as Nasaa'iyNawawiyQaamuus.
-It also does not seem to handle Unicode very
Hi All,
I have a number of entries in my customized standard dictionary, but I would
like to manipulate them in a textile to make a glossary, and to put the same
entries in MS Word's custom dictionary. Is it possible?
Thanks,

numerals, regardless of the font, and the same is true for setting it to
Hindi. Likewise, if you choose System in OO it will display the numeral

Changing the font will not help. The numbers are sticky as either Arabic,

You need to have Arabic installed in Windows (if that is what you use) After
that, just hit Alt+Shift to switch between English and Arabic, or Ctrl+Shift
to switch between right to left and left to write writing.

Hi all,
I was wondering what the most efficient way of generating a glossary of

Thanks to those who responded. What I ended up doing was using a little
freeware program called Hotkeyz http://www.skynergy.com/hotkeyz.html. It
allows you to build macros and assign hotkeys. This gave me the flexibility
to choose any hotkey combination, unlike inside Writer. It works, but it
Hi All,
I have tried several times to use Tools - Autocorrect and then enter words

What am I missing?

Thanks Richard. I all of the settings are OK. It still does not work.

Seems a bit misleading.

Thanks for the help. I think I need to stick to Outlook for now.
Hopefully there will be a way to synch Thunderbird with Windows Mobile
2005 Outlook in the future, or even put Thunderbird on the handheld.
This is really important for completing the office solution.
