Sometimes the intervals are too long on the screen, but when you print
the text everything is normal. Try it.

simple as doing a find and replace (ctrl + f). Enter 'search for ' as

Hi Graham and/or Hellen,
Select the text that you want to space, right-click and
select 'line spacing'. You have a choice of single, 1.5 or
double space. If you want something other than those three
choices, select 'paragraph' instead of 'line spacing' and
click the 'indents and spacing' tab.

Rightclick a style, for example default,
Choose change
And adjust linespacing
