I require that the Formatting from the originating cell to be the
format for that particular portion of the resultant cell after a
CONCATENATE of a several cells in an OO1.0 spreadsheet.
I am drawing up a phone book and require that, in particular, that the
Surname & the First Names retain the

seem to be character styles for calc.

I'm sure there would be a way to have a macro trawl through a column
and apply a font/size/attribute change to a particular part of the
cell. To make it easier you would probably be best to have some
identifier that could be searched in the cell to delineate the area.
