I have been using OO Version 3.2 and want to install 3.3.
The installer runs with no adverse comment and even says it's successful and
opens the page to ask me why I've removed 3.2 but there is no sign of 3.3 on my
PC. 3.2 is still there and works.

Hello open office, I downloaded the Free version
1.0 of Open Office.
Where did you find that?
a) More likely 1.0.3 is meant, which is obtainable
from openoffice.org;
b) OOo 1.0.0 is on SourceForge, but one has to spend
a lot

I should double click icon on desktop install from there. I did this but
