A workaround (if not the solution itself) to this issue is editing
/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/openchange/provision.py, substituting the
line that reads
from ldb import SCOPE_SUBTREE
with:
from ldb import (SCOPE_SUBTREE, SCOPE_BASE)
