Sometimes that request fails and we get Service temporarily unavailable
message.
When Service temporarily unavailable issue is hit, we are seeing
following below message in error_log

Here PORT_X port is used by tomcat service.

I've followed the mod_jk instructions perfectly from the Jboss wiki
here: http://www.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=3DUsingMod_jk1.2WithJBoss
Yet when I go to localhost/jmx-console I get 'Service Temporarily
Unavailable'
Going to Jboss directly (localhost:8080/jmx-console) provides
Shutdown jboss
Shutdown apache
Start jboss ( wait till it starts fully )
Start apache
Let me know how it goes

I've found out the problem - took a long google session though.
Seems to be due to me putting my ip in the workers file instead of a dns
name.
I used localhost
to my application on local
host, the server doesn't respond and return 503
Service Temporarily Unavailable error. No error
messages written in catalina.out.
2. The logging was completely changed. How to
configure logging.properties to log messages from my
applcaitions.
