Lev verified the fix. So the fix will be included in the next minor
update of VirtualBox.

If I change the -audiocontroller to a ac97 and not sb16 I get audio.
Can someone please confirm this?

sorry, the current beta doesn't support shared folders nor usb. There is
a new release in a few weeks with working shared folders support. Look
at http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?t=4386 for some other
possibilities in the meantime.

I am visually impaired and I am trying to use the latest version of VirtualBox
under Windows with my screen reader. Is there some way to change the program
interface? To me the program doesn't seem to use standard controls and I've had
a hard time
I tried to install ubuntu-7.04-desktop-i386.iso on a VirtualBox machine
with WinXP as host machine.
The install cd starts and I select install. Then the ubuntu logo with
the orange progress bar is shown. After some seconds my own physical pc
(not the virtualbox machine!) make a reset.
