I forgot to mention an important fact in the 1.3.67 announcement. In order to
get a fully working kernel, you have to follow the steps below

Depending on how you run your system, possibly nothing. If you wish to have
a MySQL backend to vpopmail, you'll need MySQL, of course. But it's pretty
complete as-is.
