Try issuing the following command to allow the dojo code to be handed out by
httpd with SELinux enabled:
chcon -R -t httpd_sys_content_t /var/www/html/vcl/dojo

Before the move to using Dojo ( http://dojotoolkit.org/ ) the bar
charts on the Statistics page weren't accessible to screen readers.
Using Dojo fixes that, and that is a real plus!
