Jeff, I would choose 6.5.1. Eventually in the future you will have to switch to higher rev of NetBackup. Why don't start right from the start? It will spare you time and headache of upgrading when to 6.5 and beyond eventually will hit EOL. I have 3 servers running 6.5 and one, since yesterday, 6.
