It is definitely poly yarn. Looks exactly like what I have from Hook and
Hackle and the price is right. Antron is a little more expensive and Zelon
is pricier still.
I use it for spent wings and parachute posts.

Bob, I either use Hard as Nails as head cement or Minwax Polycrylic
Water Based Protective Finish which dries clear.
I bought an 8 oz can and I have had it for years. It never dries out
and I would be glad to share some with you at next weeks tying class.
Just bring a small empty bottle.
